Many Low Mow products are custom-built or fully rebuilt professional machines. Specifications, cosmetic finishes and lead times are disclosed on the product page, quote or invoice. Minor cosmetic variances that do not affect performance are normal with professionally rebuilt equipment.
The buyer authorizes Low Mow Reels and Services to charge the submitted payment method for the order total, taxes, shipping and approved add-ons. Full payment may be required before custom work begins, as stated in the approved quote.
Sales of used equipment are final. Custom and rebuild orders are final once work begins, because materials and labor are committed to the build. Cancellation of a new, in-stock item must be requested within 24 hours of the order. Any return after shipping requires written pre-approval.
Freight is charged per order and is chosen at checkout. Delivery to the buyer’s address is priced by the carrier for the delivery ZIP code, including any liftgate or residential service selected, and is charged as quoted; a quote is honoured for a limited time and is re-priced once it expires. Delivery to the buyer’s nearest Fastenal branch within the served region is a flat $200 east of the Mississippi and $250 in served states west of it, unless the listing states otherwise. Where a listing says so, online checkout prices include a 4% card processing charge on goods; freight is passed through without markup. An address no carrier will quote is priced individually before purchase. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier accepts the order. Inspect freight on delivery and document any damage with the carrier immediately.
Rebuilt units are professionally serviced and tested before delivery. Each build includes a pre-shipment inspection and, when applicable, photo or video verification.
All used products and equipment are sold in operating condition unless the listing states otherwise. Because of the nature of used equipment, all sales of used items are final, and returns or refunds are not accepted. Used equipment is sold without warranty or guarantee unless a specific warranty or guarantee is expressly provided in writing at the time of sale. Routine adjustment, reel-to-bedknife contact, height of cut and lubrication remain the buyer’s responsibility. Manufacturer warranties on new components remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.
These terms are governed by North Carolina law. Disputes must be filed in the appropriate courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
Completing payment or approving a custom quote constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms and documented build scope.
