LOW MOW REELS AND SERVICES — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Scope of Sale (Custom / Rebuilt Units)
Many products offered by Low Mow Reels and Services (“LMRS”) are custom-built or fully rebuilt professional machines. Specifications, cosmetic finishes, and lead times are disclosed on the product page or invoice. Minor cosmetic variances that do not affect performance are normal with professionally rebuilt equipment.
2) Payment & Authorization
Buyer authorizes LMRS to charge the payment method submitted for the order total, taxes, shipping, and any approved add-ons.
Full payment is required up-front to begin any rebuild or custom work.
3) Cancellations & Refunds
Custom / Rebuild orders: All sales are final once work has begun, since materials and labor are committed to your build.
Standard items (if any): Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours. After shipping, returns are not accepted unless pre-approved in writing.
4) Shipping, Freight & Risk of Loss
Shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier accepts the unit.
Inspect freight upon delivery and note any damage with the carrier immediately.
LMRS will assist with claim documentation but is not responsible for carrier-related damage or delays.
5) Product Condition / Reliability
All units are professionally rebuilt, serviced, and tested before delivery to ensure they are reliable and ready for field use.
Each build includes a pre-shipment inspection and, when applicable, run-test photos or video verification.
6) Warranty / As-Is Policy
All products are sold as-is, with no express or implied warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
LMRS makes every effort to ensure units are dependable and accurately represented, but because most are rebuilt or customized, long-term performance depends on proper setup, operation, and maintenance by the buyer.
Routine adjustment (reel-to-bedknife contact, height-of-cut, lubrication, etc.) is the buyer’s responsibility.
This policy does not mean products are unreliable — only that LMRS cannot offer formal warranty coverage after delivery.
7) Dispute / Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase, buyer agrees to contact LMRS first at support@lowmowreels.com
to resolve any issue.
Buyer agrees not to initiate a credit-card chargeback for matters covered by these terms (custom nature, freight issues, wear, or buyer’s remorse).
LMRS maintains photo/video documentation, test results, and shipping records as proof of fulfillment.
Unauthorized chargebacks may incur recovery and administrative fees.
8) Governing Law & Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
Any disputes must be filed in Wake County, North Carolina small-claims or state courts.
Both parties waive class-action participation.

Buyer consents to LMRS retaining build photos, test videos, order records, and timestamps as fulfillment evidence.
10) Acceptance of Terms
Checking the “I agree” box and completing payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions..
