Reel and bedknife ground together as one job: the reel brought back to true cylindrical shape, the bedknife ground flat and sharp, and the two set to manufacturer spec.
Backlapping
Lapping compound touch-up for an edge that has gone slightly dull. A sound maintenance step, but it will not correct reel geometry.
